Despite writing on my laptop rather than my normal computer, I managed 3,160 words. I was aiming for 2,000.
This means that today's personal target of 8,500 has been smashed and replaced with a rather impressive 9,411 words. Tomorrow's target was 10,000. Looks like it might be substantially more thanks to this boost.

Good times. Goodnight Internet, I need to go sort out my drama costume(s) and then collapse into bed.
